A&O Graz Hauptbahnhof Hotel

I was kinda surprised by the spaciousness of the room at A & O. The window could be fully opened, great for fresh air. The bathroom was well-equipped, even including a hairdryer.

Despite some negative reviews, I found the bed to be comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The location near the main train station was very convenient for exploring the city.

The lobby of the hotel was dirty, with ants running around due to spilled drinks on the floor. the reception staff was slow and not very professional, prioritizing flirting with clients over attending to guests waiting to be checked in.

Across street from tram station, friendly staff, comfy bed. Like Ryanair/Indigo, A&O focuses on cheap prices without sacrificing cleanliness. Close to Graz central station. Cheapest option for 4 people. Good location, affordable car park, clean and simple.

reception service could be improved

the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the bathrooms were equipped with soap and bodywash. the kitchen was well, equipped with utensils, pots, and pans, making it easy to prepare meals. There were supermarkets and shops within a 5, minute walk, making it convenient for getting supplies. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The lack of in, room lockers, which made me feel uneasy about leaving my belongings unattended.
